I recently contracted Kalo Home Services to cut the exterior brick from the side of my home and install a custom exterior door providing me access to my side yard. I have never used Thumbtack before but stumbled upon it searching for anyone to do this job. I called a dozen contractors via Google Searches and either they didn’t get back to me, they don’t do what I needed done, or they had no scheduling availability. I logged my information into thumbtack and 60 seconds later received a call from Tristan Hodge. He was polite and professional on the phone. We discussed project and were going to connect later on scheduling. He then messaged minutes later saying they were 20 mins out. Wanting this project done ASAP I ran back home. They assessed onsite, apparent they knew their stuff, and we commenced few days later. They did a hell of a job on a 105 degree TX day. My wife and I are more than pleased and will be hiring Tristan and Kalos for several projects we have earmarked in near future.

They were polite, responded quickly, gave me different options, and worked within the timeframe I needed given I am a very busy single mother! I would definitely use them again!
