- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have upfront pricing. We do not ask for money upfront. You pay upon completion of project or phase of job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call my customers to learn the scope of their project. Once I have talked to my customer I will evaluate to see if it merits a site visit or if I can email an estimate based on the information provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a 2 year vocational school during high school + a 4 year apprenticeship program.
