I am an expert at lawn and landscape and have spent many years learning my craft. If you are looking for the best landscape design in your
neighborhood, I’m your guy. If you are looking for an affordable landscape, I’m your guy. If you are looking for a full landscape renovation, Im your guy.
Artificial Turf
Expect to pay around $9 per sqft. Materials and labor included. This is a set price and I will not haggle. Im on the low side of average and anything less and I mean anything less will jeopardize the quality of work and that is an absolute deal breaker for me.
Home Remodeling and Repairs
For most repairs my rate is $100 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. I can be flexible depending on the job.
For remodels, I prefer to work on a budget and feel its the best way to give proper expectations for each project. My contract states that I work in the best interest of the homeowner. I am a general contractor. I hire people that I know do outstanding work and make sure it is done properly. Some of the work I do myself, when I can. I love what I do but unfortunately I have to run the business side of things and fortunately for you I hire people that do it better than I can. Im fortunate to know good people that know how to exceptional work. Exceptional work isn’t cheap work. If you are looking to get top quality at a FAIR price, then Im the guy.
