Robin R. says, "After 7 years in our current home, our pool light stopped working.Our home is over 40 years old, and,while I don't think the pool is that old, I do think it is over 30. We had asked for bids on Thumbtack and received quotes from 2 other bidders who told us our light was broken, with one quoting the repair at $1,300 because there was "water in the fixture and the entire lighting system needed to be replaced", and the other over $2,000 because the bulb was discontinued and also said we needed to replace the whole system. Kirk came out and told us there was nothing wrong with the light. The problem was that the safety breaker was flipped and the grounding connection was blown and needed to be replaced. We ended up paying less than $500 for a repair we had been told by previous professionals would cost upwards of $1,000. Thank you Kirk and Sky Blue pools for fixing our pool light. Your honestly and integrity has earned you a loyal customer!"See more

He was ready to troubleshoot over the phone but a storm was rolling in. He was open to coming out on Sunday, but we settled on Monday at 11. He got to my house at 10:50 and had the pool running before 11. It was a simple fix but I’m confident he could’ve fixed whatever problem there could have been. Once he got the pool going, I then set up as my pool guy. Highly recommend."See more
