- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Project is different. There's a lot of options on materials used. One thing we won't do is cut corners on the installation! We will work with you & make sure you understand the differences so you can make an informed decision for your home or commercial building.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a phone call. That typically leads to a site visit where customers needs are identified. From there, we will work up an estimate and schedule a time to go over the options. After that the job is scheduled ( Notice that no money has changed hands). Our team comes out and does the work specified. Upon acceptance of the work, the customer pays for the work that was done.
