You won’t encounter hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. We also offer seasonal discounts for certain projects, plus warranty coverage and financing options to help with larger repairs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have a plumbing issue, just let us know what’s wrong—no technical talk needed. We’ll arrive on time, listen to your concerns, and quickly figure out the cause. After that, we’ll explain in plain language what’s happening and share simple, affordable options to fix it. You’ll see the pricing up front so there aren’t any surprises. Once you’re comfortable, we get it fixed and make sure everything is working before we leave.
