At 4M Plumbing, we believe in being clear and upfront about our pricing. We charge a small $59 trip fee, which we’ll waive if you decide to move forward with the work. The price you’re quoted includes the cost of high-quality materials and skilled labor, with no hidden fees. We also offer warranties on our services and provide financing options if needed. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about pricing so you can feel confident in your decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At 4M Plumbing, we aim to make the process simple and stress-free for you. When you reach out, we’ll ask a few questions to better understand your situation and schedule a time that fits your schedule. When our technician arrives, they’ll take a look at the issue and ask about your experience so they can be sure they’re solving the right problem. They’ll explain what needs to be done and provide an upfront price, so you know exactly what to expect. From there, we’ll ask if you’d like to move forward with the plan, or if you have any questions before deciding. Once the work is complete, we’ll check in to make sure everything’s working as it should and ask if there’s anything else you’d like us to do. We’ll also provide any follow-up details or warranty information and are here to answer any further questions you might have.
