Jerel was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the plumbing problem within a reasonable time and he explained the whole job to me and answered my questions and quoted me a price. I liked that he gave me a timeline of the job, and gave me tips/suggestions as to what to expect on the day of his work. The day of his job, his performance and plumbing services were great. He fixed the problem within a reasonable amount of time. Job is complete and I am very satisfied. I will surely look him up again if I need other plumbing services in the future.

We had a mainline water leak coming into the foundation of our home that started soaking my son's room the week prior to Labor Day and Jerel was kind enough to respond over the weekend and schedule an early morning (8-11) Tuesday Quote/Repair. I dug up the pipe to make it easier to access on Tuesday morning and the water stopped enter the house and began filling the hole I'd dug. I purchased a battery-powered pump to extract the leaking water every 7 hours in the meantime. He showed up 8:00 a.m. and was corresponding with my father-in-law while I was working. He gave us a reasonable repair quote and was given the go-ahead to do the work. He was done by noon after going to get parts and returning and had multiple pictures and video to share showing the repairs that were completed.
He really did save our ass! I'm very thankful for Jerel and his skill set. I am blessed to have made the contact and will be referring anyone in need to this trustworthy professional plumber.

I reached out to Jerel and he was at my house in 30 minutes and had my problem resolved shortly thereafter. He has great customer service and walks you through the problem and doesn’t try to charge you on things you don’t need which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend his company and him as a person and I will use him again personally next time I have an issue
