He was very responsive, arrived on time, reviewed the situation and gave me an estimate quickly. He proceeded to review the best method possible to install the gas line for my new dryer and did the job fairly quick. He was also honest since the floor got scratched in the process and let me know, but it was not a big deal. I appreciated the honesty and will continue to work with him on new projects.
