David quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem (leak) and made the repair he came out for (Pressure Reducing Valve). He also detected another issue (water heater expansion tank damaged). I agreed to have that addressed as well to avoid future problems. Thank you for the great service and for getting me back up and running!
