Smith and Son's reached out immediately after I contacted them through Thumbtack, and due to an opening in their schedule, they were able to take care of my plumbing issue same day. My water pressure was low which was causing a pipe to knock and my tankless water heater to shut off during use. Camden replaced the pressure reducing valve (he had to dig it up in 98 degree weather!) and replaced the box in which the valve and water shut off were in with a much nicer one. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use their services again. *Coincidentally, my neighbor had the same problem (broken PRV) and Camden from Smith & Son's took care of them on the same day too!

Response to my text was quick and they had someone here quickly as possible. The young man was courteous, polite, respectful, and friendly. He was ready to answer any questions I had and repaired my disposal quickly. He cleaned up after himself and made sure everything was in order. Best customer service!
