My old AC unit went bust over the summer and had to be replaced. I had never used Alexander Services before, but I am so glad I did. Their employees are friendly and will take the time to talk out all your options before having you commit to a service. They worked around my schedule to make sure I didn't have to be too long without AC, even working late into the evening. I am 100% satisfied with their services and will be calling them again in the future if needed.

I called Leo to price out A/C unit and he not only gave me a great price on complete installation but had it done next day with no surprises or excuses! work was done great and house was back to being cool again! I will definately call back when I need a reliable, honest and competent AC tech.

I had two ac and heating units replaced by Alexander Services. They used high quality units at a fair price. When warranty work was necessary they came out quickly and did an excellent job on each call. The city inspectors gave the installation on each unit very high marks. The only unresolved problem has been that the unit in the attic during the cooling season still has condensation form on the outside of the unit. The parts that were replaced helped but did not resolve the problem. I look forward to working with them for a permanent fix.
