Jacob is such a nice guy! Just could not catch one squirrel and complete closing up holes on our roof where they are getting in. Set a trap and never came back. I wish him the best.

Hi Miss Diana - sorry we could not catch that particular squirrel; I did not charge you for remainder balance that was owed. I returned back and forth to your house many times over a period of 4 weeks up against that squirrel & sealed off a separate entry point. Last time I visited I spoke with your husband who said he would check daily & inform me about my last trap set, which would have eventually caught squirrel with minor adjustments. Nevertheless, I should’ve checked back in with y’all after not hearing back for a couple of weeks. In the end, squirrel was out and final entry point for that squirrel was sealed up by roofing company, at my suggestion, due to immense shingle and decking damage done by squirrel. I apologize for the miscommunication between us and am glad the issue is resolved for y’all and wish y’all the best.
