- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based solely on access points. We do not charge on by the square footage of your home. Our trapping fee is a flat rate. We do not charge for additional visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with the initial inspection of our clients home. We take a look in the attic to determine what type of animal we are dealing with. We then identify all possible access points and create a plan to seal them. After this step, we meet with the customer to explain what action should be taken and how we intend to complete said action. Finally, we provide them with the quote and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner Georgio has worked in the rodent removal business for over 5 years. He's worked with two nationally recognized companies. I have a bachelors business degree with a concentration in management.
