Dan went to one of my units to fix the washer because there was some type of error. I told him I had a tenant in place and he said no worries I’ll give them a call to let them know what time I’d be by and an ETA when he’d show. Saw the issue but the maintenance manual was not where it was supposed to be so he said he’d call GE then bill me a quote, he waited before even charging me for the visit and called the mfg to get the issue resolved. Part ordered and installed, now I have a happy tenant and happy land lord!

Daniel Cantrell was excellent. He had purchased a part ahead of time in case he needed based upon what I told them was happening with our dryer. Luckily, it was the part that was needed and he was able to fix the dryer right away without having to wait to get the part and then come back later on in the week. Very professional, punctual, and a good value. I have saved his info and will call him for any appliance needs in the future. Don’t hesitate to book him, you will not be sorry.
