Alex came as promised next day, diagnosed the issue immediately, ordered the parts needed, and returned to repair my freezer, doing the complete job in an hour. I requested ASAP Appliance Repair to service my mother's oven "remotely" as I live some distance away. They were responsive and punctual, provided good bedside manner to my Mom's dementia, communicated effectively, and worked according to our unpredictable schedule. He spent some time searching for lower costs of replacement parts and their charges were very reasonable for the quality and complexity of the work that it turned out to be. I highly recommend their services.
