We offer transparent and fair pricing. We charge a flat diagnostic/service fee, which is applied toward the total repair cost if the customer decides to move forward. Before any repair is done, we explain the issue and provide a clear estimate. There are no hidden fees. Pricing may vary depending on the appliance type, brand, and required parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient. First, we schedule a service appointment at a convenient time. Our technician arrives on time, diagnoses the issue, and explains the problem in plain language. We then provide repair options and pricing. Once approved, we complete the repair as quickly as possible, often the same day.
