Did a thorough job, and I highly trust that they did the right things because he showed me all the debris and Dustin inside my dryer. He was able to clean out everything in the dryer. He repaired a part that I accidentally broke on the washing machine doorand got another leak diagnosed and repaired for me and straightened out the way the washer and dryer were in the laundry room. I believe it just felt like he went above and beyond to do a great job and to provide a good service.

I have rented my house for about 5 years. The original dish washer and refrigerator have been in the house since its construction, so about 14 years. The fridge started leaking water from the bottom and the dish wash would no longer dry the dishes with the heated dry setting. I hired the Appliance Pros to repair the dishwasher and fridge. They sent Oleksandr to make the repairs. He was very kind and professional! He assessed the damages and informed us that we needed a few parts replaced. He ordered the parts and installed them in less than a week. The total for both the dishwasher and fridge repair was about $600. Great customer service and quality work! Would definitely recommend.

He responded quickly, gave me a diagnostic and quote. The cost to fix my dryer with him ordering the parts was half the cost of a new dryer. Luckily I researched the possible issue and bought the replacement myself prior. However his price to fix my dryer with the replacement part I purchased was semi-fair.
