- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 Service Call (home appliances) — waived with repair $150 Service Call (commercial appliances) — waived with repair $185 Minimum Repair Cost (parts are charged separately) We also offer $25 discounts for military customers and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer schedules a visit, and we provide a 2-hour arrival window. Our technician arrives, diagnoses the issue, explains what’s wrong, and gives an upfront repair quote. If you approve, we often complete the repair the same day — we carry many common parts on our truck. If a specific part is needed, we’ll order it after a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance is due once the repair is completed. Since we’re often working on jobs, we may not be able to answer calls immediately. To make scheduling easy, we use an AI assistant that responds instantly, understands your request, and can book a day/time for your appointment. After your request is created, you can always discuss any questions directly with the technician.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a higher engineering education and specialized training in home appliance repair, with extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of household appliances. We’re also EPA certified to service refrigeration systems.
