I was quite impress with LoneStar Appliances Services. From the immediate response to my initial inquiry via Thumbfack (withi. 5 minutes and after hours) to Rene’s work on my washer and dryer. He made sure to minimize any spills from the washer’s drain and cleaned after himself. Worked efficiently and provided detailed feedback afterwards. Will certainly use again!

This was an all-around great experience. Deborah kept me informed of when Rene would be at my home. He gave me an honest assessment of my 10+ year old dishwasher, which needed to be replaced after all. I was also having issues with my washing machine. He cleaned out a clogged water valve and ran diagnostics on the washer. I was only charged for the service call. I'm a happy customer of Lone Star Appliance Service!!

My dryer quit working one day. It's only about 8 years old. I did a little bit of research to find out what might be wrong, figured it might be the drive belt. Got it ordered, he came out to install it. He plugged in the dryer and it worked. I was flabbergasted! It didn't work for me! He only charged me for the service call, of course instead of the estimated cost of repairs or misc charges. The fee paid is also good for 90 days, just in case. He even looked at my Samsung ice maker. I hate that thing. Never buy a Samsung refrigerator with ice maker (just my opinion).
