At Lone Star Appliance Service, we strive to provide an all-around great service with customer satisfaction being our number one priority. We will get to you as quickly as possible and diagnose the problem and recommendation to resolve the appliance breakdown. We believe our service call is very reasonable but areas outside the San Antonio area will be 75.00. Please remember that this fee is waived if the customer agrees to the repair cost. We work hard for our customers to feel confident that their appliances are going to last many years thereafter. We offer a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. We look forward to assisting you for all your appliance repair and appliance installation needs!

Rene from Lonestar Appliance Service was very responsive. He did a great job and was fast. He came and checked out my dryer Friday afternoon by Saturday Afternoon my dryer was working again. Very happy with the responsiveness and the time it took to fix my dryer. Sheree from Lonestar Appliance kept me updated on where the technician was at and how far on both days Friday and Saturday. Very happy with the work and the short time it took to get fixed. Thank you Lonestar Appliance Service!

I will definitely call Lonestar appliance service in the future for any of my appliance repairs. Renee the technician was very kind even at times when I was annoyed. The job he did was fantastic. Also comes with the $90 warranty that's always amazing. Their estimate fee is really good compared to other companies. When you get good service and good prices it's always great. So if you need any repairs done on any of your appliances try them out.

We had a great experience with Lonestar Appliance Service! They were able to come out to our home the very same day we requested service to install our appliances, which was such a huge help. They were incredibly easy to work with, so friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
They did a fantastic job with the installation and everything looks and works perfectly. Their pricing was very competitive as well. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future appliance jobs and highly recommend them to others!

I was quite impress with LoneStar Appliances Services. From the immediate response to my initial inquiry via Thumbfack (withi. 5 minutes and after hours) to Rene’s work on my washer and dryer. He made sure to minimize any spills from the washer’s drain and cleaned after himself. Worked efficiently and provided detailed feedback afterwards. Will certainly use again!
