Our Samsung ice maker froze up completely. Tony came out, explained the issue honestly, and said hed try to fix it but couldnt promise 100%. He defrosted the ice maker, showed us what was wrong, sealed everything properly with silicone, and now its working perfectly! Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism highly recommend Screw Appliance Repair.
