We hired Mike for a full residential construction design job. We had to unfortunately hire someone else to finish things due to time constraints on our end.
The majority was completed by Mike, and what was done was done very well.
If you have a more flexible timeline than we do, Mike is a great hire at an actual affordable price.

I have over 15 years as a design/build consultant. I also have my Masters in Architecture.

I have worked with homeowners looking to build a new home on a piece of land, remodel their existing home or do an addition. I work with contractors to provide plans, pull permits and work with engineers/sub-contractors.
