- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After initial contact and an appointment has been set, based on an accurate assessment of the scope of work, an estimate for the project will be provided, i.e. emailed to the homeowner. It will include a detailed, outline of the project elements, planning, materials and labor. In the estimate will include any deposits, fees, payment/draw schedule required prior to labor being performed. There are never any hidden fees or charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to the property. We will look at and assess the bathroom for the intended remodel. Many times there are necessary things that can only be identified by the eyes of the professional tradesman when looking at the project. Therefore, after the visit, within 24-48 hours, we provide an accurate estimate outlining in detail all the project elements, planning, materials and labor. It will be all inclusive as we handle all trades in-house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
