K & L was the most punctual, professional, personable and courteous pro we've ever dealt with. It's no wonder they have very high reviews. First, an A+ for punctuality! I believe this is the first time, on ANY job we have had done, since living in San Antonio, that the contractor we hired, actually arrived early. They did the carpet re-stretching job in a prompt manner and charged, in my opinion, a highly fair price. I would definitely recommend K & L to anyone that is in need of their services and without hesitation will call them the next time we have a flooring need. From start to finish my experience with this company was awesome. I had a rental property that was completely jacked up, carpet was a hot mess with 5 year old stains from pets and negligent young adults. It also smelled like a pet store from the unauthorized cats and dogs that were on the property. K&L came in without hesitation and cleaned my home to near perfection. They even got most of the smell out somehow and my carpet was saved (minus a few red stains, but I was advised they weren't going to come out beforehand so I definitely don't hold that against them) If you are looking for a professional and thorough cleaning company, PLEASE HIRE THIS TEAM! It will be worth every penny!

worked 10 years installing carpet and 4 years carpet cleaning for a couple big companies out there..started my own company minus all the up selling and providing the same outstanding customer service and attention to detail
How did you get started doing this type of work?
after 10 years installing and becoming very knowledgeable about carpet installation/repairs i decided to take on carpet cleaning and repairs with it being a little less strenuous on my body but still will take on a small installation job now and again
