I have 12 years experience doing carpet and upholstery cleaning, I will deep clean, deodorize and sanitize your carpet and upholstery for a reasonable rate. When I'm done with your service I want you to feel great and have that peace of mind that you and your family are sitting and walking on clean,, sanitized upholstery and carpet. I also do tile and grout as well.There is a $25 fee for cancellation if not notified within 24 hours. customers should know that I am going to come and give my best, my method of cleaning is beyond anyone else, zi don't come in and just spray hot water, I come in to deep clean your carpet or upholstery
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when I first get their I am on time usually 15 min early, I greet the customer make them feel at ease, take a look at area needing cleaning and let them know what to expect when I am done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a friend who has 40 years of carpet cleaning experience.
