I cannot express the level of miracle this man worked. My beautiful yellow couch was ate up from a move and 6 kids who tend to forget their home training. Craig had me on the phone within 10 minutes of sending my proposal, and was scheduled within a week. He arrived on time, even after notifying me there was traffic, and worked with the chaos we had going on in the house with other professionals present and work being done. He was also an absolute champ when I called him and he was dealing with myself and my husband (who I wasn’t aware was there when I called) at the same time. 10/10 ABSOLUTELY recommend.
