Kleen Source of San Antonio arrived at our home yesterday to clean the carpet on our stairwell. Tim was the servicing technician. He was professional, exceptionally friendly, and most importantly, performed a job well done on cleaning our stairs. He was also willing to describe the cleaning procedure, which was fast, yet thorough. Unlike most "professionals" these days, Tim actually cared about my cleaning needs. He was very personable, unlike the majority of our society who prefers to communicate via text message, which has had a negative impact on face to face interaction. (Has anyone else noticed how much of our society, in particular the teenage and college age group, can't even carry on a friendly conversation with you at the check-out, over the phone, or in the drive-through theses days?) What really matters to me is that I'm treated like top customer. Kleen Source will remain in business forever if they keep treating their customers the way I was treated. In addition, they were the least expensive company when I was calling around for estimates. Because of the experience I received with Kleen Source, I will definitely call them again as a cleaning need arises. I've already recommended them to one of my neighbors.

Got my carpet cleaned and stains removed, their service and timing was excellent. I wanted tiles cleaned but didn't need it and they were honest in letting me know. I highly recommend Kleen Source. Great job guys. :-)

Tim arrived as scheduled for our carpet cleaning appointment. Not only did he pre treat pet stains, food stains, and dark spots but educated me during the process. Carpet looks great and would definitely recommend Kleen Source services!

Kleen Source did just as they promised. His brother arrived on time, did a fabulous job at cleaning my very dirty carpets even removing some tough spots and did it in a record amount of time. They will certainly become my new go to Carpet Cleaners. I was very very impressed.
