I cannot say enough about ReFresh! They saved me with a very last minute move-out clean on a budget. Responsive, flexible, excellent work, and above all - so kind. I always try to leave my homes better than I found them, but I don’t think I’ve ever left one THIS spotless. I’m not looking forward to moving again for a LONG time, but I will definitely be calling ReFresh when I do!

John did a great job cleaning our 12x9 area rug, loft, and theater room carpets. He was really helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment and how to care for everything afterward. I also appreciated that he called me back after he left with a few extra care instructions for the rug. That kind of follow-up definitely stood out. Great customer service and Id absolutely use them again.

We offer flat-rate pricing with no gimmicks—just honest, fair rates. Our minimum service charge is $175 for carpet and window cleaning, and $250 for move-out cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Discovery conversation to learn about your cleaning project and concerns.
Step 2: Provide estimate and schedule cleaning date.
Step 3: We will contact you prior to appointment date confirm and prior to our arrival.
Step 4: Provide services, conduct final walkthrough collect payment.
Note: after cleaning, customer has 7-day redo policy if there's any concerns that were not resolved or have appeared after initial cleaning.
