I had read the reviews on thumbtack therefore decided to contact them.I called them and they scheduled me an appointment on the phone in addition sent me a email confirmation that consist of the date and time.....NO CALL,NO SHOW!!!

Anthony was awesome. From start to finish him and Ray gave the best service I have ever received from a cleaning compan. I will definitely use these guys again.

We did not work with Anthony but understand he is the owner. Warning this company is a sham. We used groupon and got TAKEN! Our technician Ray did a horrible job, our carpet actually looked worse. I think he just used water. We called and he said he would come back. He never did. Our calls were never returned. Shame shame shame on Upfront! Buyer beware!!!

I accepted this company's reasonable quote for services and was told that they would be able to clean between 10-12 yesterday. Received a call at 10:15 to inform me that they were running late & would be there between 1-1:30pm. 3pm & no cleaners & no call, so I called them; I was told they would be there in 45min due to traffic. 1hr later no show & no call. Called them again, no answer. My husband called them from his phone & they answered but promptly hung up on him. He called back & found out they were only a few miles away, but yet were blaming traffic (not much traffic on the road they were claiming to be on). Ultimately, they NEVER showed up & no call to apologize or explain. One of the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't waste your day waiting for them.

We spoke with this customer throughout the day and were running behind excuse of a broken hose on the machine. The last time we spoke with them the husband began to use vulgar language which was entirely uncalled for.
