- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each portion is categorized. If you want linens, a charge. If you don't want linens, no charge for example. I provide an itemized bill with individual costs for each service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learn as I go, and read the latest trends in magazines, internet, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father was a Chef and took me to learn since age 13.
