- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up in Germany I enjoyed the foods of the country and had spent time learning how to get the flavors here in the States. As a student at St. Philips College, I learned how to get the flavors that I searched for.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I prefer true flavors over imitations. I also enjoy working with my hands as a craftsman enjoys building something from their hands not machine made.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I make and own Loco Odies Chunky Salsa; sell my products through the internet. www.locsalsa.com. Although I am relatively new to the field, I have been cooking since I was a young boy. And have worked in a variety of food establishments.
