I was seeking an HVAC technician for several weeks deciding who was going to be the best fit for me cost wise. The air blowing from my vents was low pressure and warm. After several hours of the air running, the air would stop blowing. I woke this morning and my house was hot and I couldn’t take another day of this issue. I contacted Manny and he was so easy to talk to. I have no knowledge or experience with HVAC’s and he was so patient. I asked when he could come and him and his partner were at my house within a couple of hours. I had to leave while he was en route and he said to leave the ac on he can check the condenser unit outside until I get back. When I got back he showed me that my pipe line was frozen and the capacitor needed to be replaced. His partner checked the ac unit inside of the attic and the insulation on the inside of the unit was flapping off into the fan motor!! I had to leave again while they worked on the units and they were done within 2hrs. Both Manny and his partner were very kind and genuine. Manny showed and walked me through the problems. He educated me on the things I need to know as an HVAC owner and I appreciate that. I trusted him and his partner in my home and they did an amazing job. My home is cool and I am very happy. I will continue to use Manny and his company for my HVAC maintenance routines and any repairs moving forward. Thank you again for your help Manny!😊
