- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't necessarily like to charge by the hour because many process take a long time to complete and the price would be too high. I usually charge by the job depending on its complexity.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was originally studying Electronics Engineering when I got sidetracked by computers. I believe it was a good choice.
