- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If certain computer components hardware components need to be purchased, it will be at the expense of the customer, I do not provide parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with my customer via phone, Text, or email. Set up a time to meet and travel to my customers location for their convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of Networking Systems administration and computer structure and logic and computer repair at ITT Technical institute. 3+ years as a systems administrator, and 5+ years working in computer repair and Helpdesk technical support.
