- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is strategically made by price of part and labor only. (no up sale on part like others) Fees are for long distance driving depending on location. Discounts are made for customers who will travel to me for repair and returning customers will get 10-25% off after first repair. Fun fact, I will work upon trade if the item is worth the work for me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get the issue fixed as soon as possible, friendly conversations allowed lol Very communicative, friendly, professional, knowledgeable.
