Introduction: I talk to people with respect and do my best at my job. I communicate with my customers even after the job has been done just to check if they need anything else or if maybe something has come up that may need to be done immediately. I travel to your house if you are comfortable. If you are not, you may come to my place of business. I offer all kinds of services and software that many will not give with their service packages, if they have any. Customers want the best customer service and they want it or may need it done in a certain time frame. I am here to help and get you going when you need to be. Also, if your computer needs to be repaired at my place of business, I can lend you a loaner computer that is virus free and protected until your computer is done. Not many techs will do that.
