I found Mac Doc on Thumbtack and read the positive reviews so I decided to contact Frank. Up until this point I had just about lost hope in fixing my Mac Book Pro. Previously, I had taken it to the Apple Store where they quoted me with an outrageous price to fix it. It would have cost me almost as much to buy a new one. I met with Frank and he made me feel very at ease and hopeful that my broken computer could be saved. Within a couple of hours he had contacted me and told me exactly what was wrong with it, and gave me a list of options to not only fix it, but to upgrade it. Long story short Frank is a class A gentleman who is very honest and highly skilled at fixing Apple Products. Not only did he fix my computer but he upgraded it to the most current specs, and did it all at an extremely reasonable price. If that’s not enough he was exceptionally accommodating and drove a long distance to pick up my computer and to drop it off. I cannot recommend enough Mac Doc. Dealing with MacDoc was such a pleasant experience that I will be sure to spread the word to all of my fellow teachers and coworkers at school. Thank you Mac Doc.

Frank was fantastic. I know very little about computers and I found him to be an excellent teacher. He figured out my problem and no time and fixed it at a fabulous price. I will use him again and again and I will refer him to everyone I know that has a Mac. I have dealt with supposed computer experts before and I found francs to be the most knowledgeable when it comes to Macintosh. He even beats out the guys at the Mac bar.

Frank was very kind, genuine, and knowledgeable about Macs. Although he was unable to fix my water damaged MBP, he was able to save the data. Considering Apple wouldn't touch my laptop, I was happy to have my data back for a reasonable price. Frank proved to be a great choice for my repair, and would be one I'd be happy to recommend to anyone looking for Mac repairs.

Fixed my problem within a few hours on a Sunday. Upgraded system I didn't realize was needed, now it works better than when it was purchased new. I will recommend the Mac Doc to everyone I know.
