Frank was very professional and timely with the repair of an old (2011) MacBook that I planned on giving to my sister. I dropped it off at 11:30am, it was done by 3pm. He took a completely nonfunctional laptop and repaired it as well as swapping out the battery at a more than reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend Frank for any of your computer needs!

Hello All! Just sharing an awesome experience and giving a heartfelt recommendation. Our Mac went out. We went to Apple and they were not equipped to handle and repair their own product. They gave us an estimate that was based on a guess for the wrong part. We googled and found Frank Cortez, 210 912 0829, macdocrx.com or macdocrx@gmail.com He was very knowledgeable. He listened to our issues and gave his diagnostic over the telephone. He gave us a reasonable quote, with the part costing all but $75 of that total. He came out to our home the next morning and repaired our computer. We were concerned about losing data. He removed the memory first to give us comfort. He did a great job! We saved over 50%. Apple was nice when we were purchasing. When it was time to repair they made us literally wait for 5 hours and they still failed in a tremendous way. We just wanted to share for anyone else who may need his services. I would definitely use him again. We already have plans to hire him to fix another computer that we had in storage.

Apple desktop went out and Frank provided several options to save things saved on my hard drive instead of spending a lot just to have an old computer repaired. Quick turn around and Frank is a great guy.

Frank was anle to assist me and figured out what was wrong with me computer over the phone. My computer was covered under warranty so it needed to be repaired by Apple. He referred me to a store and didnt charge me anything for helping.
