I've been working on computers for over 20 years and have built multiple PCs, replaced laptop parts for all kinds of laptops, and been able to find and remove malware. Data recovery, password recovery (not always possible), and some shell/scripting are other areas I've been involved in. Server setup and HCI management are some more of my more recent journeys. My computer situation was in a bit of a mess, to the point where I couldn’t use it. I found Marcus here on Thumbtack. He came to my house and worked for several hours getting me through the obstacles I was facing. He is very knowledgeable and was so helpful. As a senior who is not very tech savvy, it was wonderful to have someone come and do what I was unable to do. He was so nice. He was punctual, friendly, capable, and with a good attitude. I can highly recommend him for whatever your computer needs are!
