Erich came to the house to fix our computer. We were having all kinds of issues and I didn't want to pack it up and send it somewhere. Erich stuck to it, was very professional, and stayed as long as it took to fix the problem and was very reasonable with his fees. He is the first guy I will call if I have computer troubles in the future.

Erich was great, communicated quick with me and was very professional. We both had busy schedules but was able to work with me to take care of my computer. I hired him to wipe out my computer clean because it was slow but ended up needing a new hard drive. He called me promptly to let me know and gave me a new quote to fix. Small details count such as he providing me with the receipt of the hard drive he bought to replace my old one. I will definitely call him back again.

Eric is a true professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, solve all my computer (and iBook problems) cheerfully and professionally. I recommend his work to anyone needing it. He obviously knew Mac computers and respected them.
My email had not worked correctly for weeks, and he fixed that. The printer needed to be connected to the wireless modem, and he fixed that. He showed me some short cuts and ways to correctly do things.
I'm not sure anything could have been better - I am completely satisfied.
