Had 4 days of no computer which was a real hassle. Checked out the :was just so helpful, apologized to me for holding so long. She had a wonderful personality especially at 9:10 am and on a Monday morning no less....Alex called, came early, and what a good teaching experience that was. Not only why my computer had the problem with some education on this, but also what my computer already had. He fixed everything for me, asked me what I did or didn't want, and I watched as he worked the screens. I mentioned to him I wanted to be able to print off my cell using the same printer as with my laptop. It didn't take him long at all and it was done, then he showed me how to use the app on my cell..Alex was so personable, patient with someone my age (79), which helps tremendously. So now if I have any problems with my laptop I will most definitely call NerdsToGo....Anne ..04/01/019...And this was no Joke...!!
