- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes, $60 pickup fee includes pickup, transportion, system hardware cleaning, diagnostics and delivery. $45 onsite diagnostic covers all fees for travel and troubleshooting. $75 virus and malware removal. $75 reformatting and os reload. $35 hardware replacement and setup + part (s) $24/hr after first hour of service. (hours are broke down into 30min increments)

In 1997, I began work with Peggy's Electronics as a component level bench tech.

I have worked with employee's to CEO's in several companies. Lately, I've moved into working with individuals with personal computers and small businesses.
