Initial good communication, but they did not keep all parties involved in which makes things difficult for myself and the landlord. Called last minute and said they couldn’t get work due to rain, but didn’t tell the landlord (who made it clear they need to be the ones in the loop), and didn’t tell them they could work the rescheduled date and didn’t show or call, even after I called asking urgently for them to call the landlord.
