Introduction: I do all the same services, for a fraction of the cost they charge. My work in my opinion and from opinions of customers is better than most shops in the area. I strive to be the best in the field. I also guaranty all of my work unlike the majority of other places.
What I like most about my job is making customers happy. I think a happy customer is the most important aspect of a business, which creates word of mouth advertising and that is how I maintain advertising for my business.

I used Kevin Coleman's onine computer repair service in 2012, and was very happy with the end result, It took a little longer because of the phone call set up, and when he was done he called me back and explained what I had actually watched him do on my screen!! He answered all my questions, and was willing to explain to me what the problem was and give me advice on what malware to use as well and in the future, I live in Idaho, and know him through family members, so it was easy for me to use someone ONLINE as a tech when you KNOW who they are before asking them for help!! (Given all the crooks online today!!!)
My computer was fixed and didn't have to be re-done over and over again, as often happens when you take it to someone locally!!
I certainly recommend him to anyone who is concerned about repairs done online (over the phone), and especially when the last inquiry I heard about was for a virus removal at $99. and if it took longer than 45 minutes it was $30, per each 15 MINUTES thereafter!!! I assure you, Kevin's prices are more reasonable! Thanks for a great job, Kevin!!!

I had a good experience with the tech. He was kind and easy to talk to. He spent as much time as needed and tried very hard to fix my problem. The problem was not able to be resolved.

I recieved the response from Kevin about 1 hour after submitting to thumbtack. It was after 7 PM, but he went to his office and checked EVERYTHING on the laptop, and repaired the computer at a very reasonable price.
