Excellent class the time flew by because how well the class was taught. Very informative allowed us to ask questions and was interactive with the manikins. Well recommend this place to my coworkers and will be where I renew my certification.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep a clean working environment with new and updated equipment, disinfecting procedures and safe practices using barrier devices, 1 to 1 training on your manikin. Pricing reflects standard charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to answer any questions you have before attending a course. We will also ask you alot of questions to make sure you are in the proper class. There are different types of certifications- Healthcare, Daycare, General knowledge, OSHA required training, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am am Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Provider. Retired EMS Director.
