Working with Steves Computer Repair has been one of the best experiences Ive had with any business. Steve, along with Jonathan, Vincent, and Rick, made the entire process of building my new gaming rig completely stress-free. Even before I was officially a customer, they took the time to answer my calls and walk me through potential upgrades, explaining compatibility and measurements in plain language. Honestly, without their guidance, I probably would have ordered the wrong parts. That kind of patience and attention, even before they knew Id be bringing in a full build, says everything about how they run their business.When we did move forward, the build itself was done with incredible care, neat cables, smart cooling, everything arranged perfectly. And when the motherboard turned out to be defective straight out of the box, Steve and his team contacted me promptly with clear photos and a detailed explanation, so I could obtain a return quickly. They didnt just hand me a problem; they provided me with all the information I needed to fix it quickly. Throughout the process, every question I had, and I had plenty, was answered with patience and professionalism.Its rare to find this level of customer service these days. Steve and his team treat you like a person, not just another ticket. Thanks to them, I now have a system that runs beautifully, and the peace of mind knowing it was built right. Rick and Vincent were AMAZING AND SO KiND! They stayed later and helped get me a needed screw and a support for my new SSD to fit on my motherboard, and they offered to clean the pc too! The fact that they stayed late to help me out was just so incredibly sweet and kind of them. If I ever need my PC repaired or ever need their help I will ALWAYS come back to them! Top notch customer service and so fun to talk to!

I came in today because I had broken off my caps lock key to try and take out a piece of dirt that fell into the key and it bothered me. Unfortunately I broke my caps lock key, and it cannot reattach. But Vincent was able to help me when I came in and I explained to him the situation. For reference, I was also a customer in 2022 when my HP laptop wasn't going past the 'restarting' page (it kept rebooting). I came back to this shop because they were able to fix my laptop back then.Vincent was patient and kind and understood where I was coming from. He took the time to research if I can just buy the caps lock key off the web. Something that wouldn't make money, but he still researched it for me. He was able to find a website that sells the exact key from my 2013 hp laptop.I'm very happy that this shop fixed my laptop in 2022, and even in 2025 I can still depend on this shop. Thank you Vincent for helping me with my laptop issue today.If anyone has laptop issues, this shop is honest and has great prices. Just go here.
