- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the hours of booking for each event and the service itself. We encourage 3 hour minimums for booking. We consider smaller requests on a case by case basis. $125 per hour--Our DJ service provides our clients with access to edits of songs which are clean, extended, and remixed. The songs we play are also licensed by a record pool website for commercial use. $150 per hour--Our karaoke services are a ton of fun we offer dual microphones, two 32' inch screens to display lyrics for the singers as well as the audience and one of the easiest Karaoke systems available $100-$150 per hour--Our Open Air Photo Booth concept is an excellent addition to any event. We provide a number of options from internet sharing platforms, texting the pictures straight to your phone, and we do provide unlimited prints for all guests. This is a great way to record the attendees and give all guests a memento of the occasion. We can also design a custom logo for your event. $250 per hour--360 Video Booth--The newest offering for fun videos that you share instantly our 360 Video Booth is operated by our dedicated Event specialists who will be on hand to send your video within minutes. There are great options to customize your experience by adding an overlay and your favorite song to the video for all of your guests
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send each client a quote through Thumbtack and then follow through on Honeybook. We do our very best to provide as much information about the services as possible upfront. After we book a client we set up a meeting in person to communicate as quickly and efficiently online as soon as possible, usually within a day or same day the client expresses an interest in hiring us. We make sure that the client has multiple avenues to contact us through phone, email, Facebook, messenger as well as Thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in service for 10 years now and employ the knowledge we have gained to make every event better than the previous one. I attend professional workshops and consistently watch new videos on mixing techniques, interacting with other DJ's and reading the latest materials on new tools in the industry.
