FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training is customized based on your dog’s behavior, goals, and the level of support needed, so pricing can vary depending on the program. We focus on creating long-term results rather than quick fixes, and all programs include structured guidance and support throughout the process. The best way to determine what your dog needs is through a quick phone consultation and in-person evaluation so we can recommend the right training plan for your situation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone consultation so I can learn more about your dog, the challenges you’re dealing with, and what goals you want to achieve. Whether you’re struggling with reactivity, anxiety, leash pulling, poor manners, or chaos at home, the first step is understanding what’s really driving the behavior. If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-person evaluation where I assess your dog’s behavior, temperament, environment, and connection to you. From there, I’ll walk you through a customized training plan designed around your dog, your lifestyle, and the results you want to achieve. Once we identify the best path forward, we’ll discuss the training options that best fit your goals, schedule, and level of support needed.
