What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give very far priced quotes. We do not price jobs lower than they should be, and then look for ways to add on to the project as we start the work.
We try really hard to do our home work
And price job correctly so there are few or no Surprises at the end of the project
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet in person with a client at the project location, then ask them what they want to accomplish, Then I shut up and lessen, If they want my input I will go over options with them and give them some ideas and discuss features they might want to know about. Once we settle on the option they like the best I will give them a cost estimate for that work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from Texas A&M in Engineering Technology, have served on Therma Tru. Door Company National Advisory Board. I am a past Manager for Acme Lumber Co. Have a Builders License for the City of San Antonio.
I have Designed and build (4) Custom Homes in the San Antonio area.
