Very professional company, with a hardworking team that makes sure that the work is done right. I asked Ray Ray's to come inspect a potential leak and when they came to estimate and the pipe turned out to be busted, they kept focused and charged a reasonable price! I didn't have to deal with losing water - they kept me informed and let me hire them immediately to solve it right then! Would hire again.

Ray showed up on time was very polite and fixed the issue on the spot. It was a simple leak but was he was here and left in 6 mins! I will be calling him the next time I have any plumbing issues. I had another company quote me $500-$1800 to fix the same problem.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We DO NOT charge by the hour! Pricing is based off the job, there is no way to guarantee time because all plumbing issues are different as well as the plumbing system in place. So you don’t have to worry about paying for a minimum 2 hours and the work was completed in 45 minutes or being charged for an additional hour if the work was completed in 2 hours and 10 minutes. If you have the parts we charge labor ONLY. If we supply the parts the billed amount will include labor and materials!

come out , investigate the problem and give a reasonable estimate to solve the issue. upfront pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a plumbing family. my dad was a master plumber as well as 2 of his brothers. my cousins are master plumbers. I retired from a service co. after 20 years of service. I started this co. to make ends meet and I love what I do.
