I scheduled an appointment with the problem solvers and they showed up and did a thorough inspection of my faucet. I was given many options to fix the situation and was able to talk to my technician about any concerns I have and about the estimates themselves. I’m grateful they were able to fix my leak within days of the inspection.

Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Kevin. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, kind and I will be hiring him again. He installed detirmined tthe problem quickly, replaced the needed outlet and made sure everything was up and running. Also offered to do other misc needs as he finished in less than an hour and wanted to make sure we got the value of his time and expertise. Such a great person to work with.
