FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wildlife situations vary widely depending on the animal type, number of entry points, roofline complexity, and attic condition. Because of this, we provide pricing after a thorough on-site inspection rather than guessing over the phone. Our work focuses on permanent structural exclusion—not just trapping—so pricing reflects sealing and reinforcing the home to prevent re-entry. We provide clear written estimates with options when appropriate. We offer: Preferred pricing for ACH/check payments Financing options for larger projects Transparent pricing with no hidden add-ons We are not typically the lowest quote, but we are focused on doing the job correctly the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact and scheduling FREE Comprehensive home inspection (roofline, attic, foundation, vents, etc.) Identification of active and potential entry points Clear explanation of findings with photos Written estimate and scope of work Humane removal + professional sealing/exclusion Final walkthrough and warranty documentation Our focus is identifying how animals are getting in and correcting it structurally—not just removing what’s inside.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team operates under Texas wildlife control regulations and maintains the appropriate state licensing and insurance required for wildlife removal and exclusion work. Technicians are trained in: Structural exclusion methods Animal behavior and entry patterns Ladder safety and roofline work Attic sanitation protocols Humane trapping standards We continuously refine our processes based on real-world field experience across thousands of Texas homes.
