John and his team are very professional and completed requested work in an efficient timely manner. When seeking bids Firehouse was among the middle tier in terms of price, not the highest but not the lowest. Based on the high quality of the work we chose correctly. We were very pleased with the finished product. I would happily recommend them and would use them again if the opportunity arises.

They talk a good talk but when it's time to deliver they come up short. It has been more then three months and my gates are still not finished.
When I met John I liked him right away I really thought I was getting a good comp.

Seemed great until they "completed" my fence without installing one of the gates. Called and asked about it and was assured they would come back and install the gate within a week. Repeated the above process for two months trying to either get them to come back and install the gate or get part of my money back to have someone else install the gate. Neither ever happened. Don't trust them and never give them full payment until EVERYTHING is complete including clean up.

John came early, said he would get me an estimate within 24 hours. I didn't here from him, so when I contacted him, he said, "Sorry. It's been a crazy two days." Still haven't heard anything, so I went to Lowe's..Does not honor his word...
